The low-molecular-weight SMA series products are a category of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers with relatively low molecular weight. The products themselves and their derivatives can be formulated into aqueous solutions of various salts, and they feature a high glass transition temperature, low VOCs as well as low viscosity. These products are applicable to a wide range of fields including paper sizing, powder coatings, pigment dispersion, leather retanning, topcoats, printed circuit boards, copper-clad laminates, polymeric emulsifiers and paraffin emulsifiers.
